Hario Buono Kettle 1L | Gooseneck Pour-Over Kettle in the UAE

The 1 litre Buono is the size most home brewers settle on – enough water for two or three cups without being unwieldy through a slow pour. Its long, curved gooseneck spout delivers a narrow, precisely aimed stream, which is what lets you wet the coffee bed evenly instead of flooding it.

Which size should I buy?	700 ml for single cups, 1 L for everyday brewing, 1.2 L for multiple cups or a full carafe.
Does it work on induction?	Depends on your hob – check it detects the base before buying if induction is your only surface.
Do I need a gooseneck kettle?	For pour-over, yes. A standard kettle pours too fast and too wide, which causes channelling and sour coffee.
What temperature should I brew at?	Around 92–96°C. Boil, then rest for about 30 seconds before pouring.
