Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made on www.coffeedesk.ae (the "Online Store"), operated by Coffee Desk General Trading LLC, 71 4th Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Coffeedesk", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Product information on the Online Store is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy, which is accepted when we confirm it by email. You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of 5% VAT. Any applicable delivery charges are added and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. A tax invoice is provided with every order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tabby instalment payments, as shown at checkout.

3. Delivery and pickup

We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges, timings and remote-area schedules are set out in our Delivery Information. Where store pickup is available, we will notify you when your order is ready to collect from our showroom.

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us straight away.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products may also be covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty where stated on the product page.

5. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, email Ecommerce@coffeedesk.ae with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 days.

6. Customer accounts

You can create a free account to track orders and view your order history. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Online Store for anything unlawful, post false or misleading content, or interfere with the security of the Online Store. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
