The metal V60 is the most durable dripper in the range and, for many people, the best looking – a polished stainless cone that belongs on a bar rather than in a cupboard. It brews with the same 60-degree cone, spiral ribs and single large outlet as every V60, with the practical advantage that it will never chip or crack.

One characteristic worth knowing: metal conducts heat quickly, so preheating makes a noticeable difference here – rinse it with hot water before you brew and it holds temperature well.
