The V60-02 in red – the same Arita-made ceramic dripper in Hario's signature colour, the one that appears in coffee bars worldwide. Brews one to four cups, with the 60-degree cone, spiral ribs and single large outlet that make the V60 the most used pour-over brewer in specialty coffee.

How to Brew

Rinse the filter with hot water – removes paper taste and preheats the dripper.
Medium-fine grind, about 20 g coffee to 320 ml water.
Bloom with 60 ml, wait 30 seconds, then pour in slow spirals.
Total brew time 3:00–3:30.
