Fellow Stagg EKG Pro 0.9L | Precision Gooseneck Kettle in the UAE

The Stagg EKG Pro is the fully-loaded version of the kettle that set the standard for electric pour-over. It keeps the counterbalanced handle and precision gooseneck spout that made the original a fixture in specialty cafés, and adds a full-colour display, scheduling, guide mode and a built-in brew stopwatch – everything you need to make a good brew repeatable.

Why the Stagg EKG Pro

To-the-degree temperature control – 40–100°C in 1-degree increments, held by a PID controller.
Guide mode – preset temperatures for different coffee styles and teas, from a 96°C pour-over to an 80°C green tea.
Brew stopwatch – time your bloom and total brew without reaching for a phone.
Adjustable hold mode – keep water at temperature for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Scheduling and altitude adjustment – wake up to water at temperature; calibrate for elevation.
Precision gooseneck spout – slow, directional flow for even saturation of the coffee bed.
Counterbalanced handle – shifts the centre of mass towards your hand to reduce wrist fatigue mid-pour.
